All shipments are sent by Courier or VPP depending on the area you reside in. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, , GST and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping area.
a. Delivery time and shipping fee
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on shipping area. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
b. Uncollected packages
We will charge 50 INR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
c. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authorities.
